Debate\u00a0\u00bb qui avait lieu \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/halleauxsucres\/\">La Halle au Sucre.<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La Renou\u00e9e joignait ainsi <a href=\"http:\/\/floregourmande.org\">Jean-Claude Bruneel<\/a>, Ethno-Botaniste sp\u00e9cialiste des plantes sauvages invasives commestible (dont la renou\u00e9e du japon!), Christine Raiffaud, chercheuse en g\u00e9nie alimentaire, et sp\u00e9cialiste des lacto-fermentations, et d&rsquo;autres intervenants pour une r\u00e9jouissante et intense apr\u00e8s-midi, a la fois conf\u00e9rence, laboratoire, \u00e9changes et d\u00e9gustations en tout genre, de cuisine sauvage et piment\u00e9, sur le th\u00e8me de la renou\u00e9e du japon, plante invasive, et comestible, qui a aussi donn\u00e9
